Morgan Grace started in 2007 as a retainer, project & commission based growth consulting & outsourcing company. Originally our business provided only traditional sales & marketing centric consulting & tactical execution expertise in: process & content development; lead generation; opportunity creation; selecting, coaching & developing salespeople; leading the creation & delivery of compelling presentations & proposals; closing large deals that were outside our clients' in-house capabilities; discovering & facilitating productive business partnerships / alliances.

We critically listened to our clients, and in response to deep demand in the middle market, in 2010 we relaunched as Morgan Grace LLC and began blending complete business advisory services, capital acquisition, and a professional services partner network onto one, synergistic, C-suite team, offering a holistic solution to our clients.

For each engagement, our custom configured teams leverage synchronized expertise, resources and relationships to accelerate client growth, minimize risk, maximize value and, if or when applicable, ‘apex exit’ their businesses. Because of the ‘intimacy’ of our work, the diversity of our engagements, the value we add, and the trust we engender, Morgan Grace has grown mostly by referral.

We continue to flexibly structure our retainer and performance-based fees, and strive to offer exceptional opportunities to our clients and partners.
